Zoe in 1945 married Ron Chalmers - their family Ian born 1949; Alan born 1951. Ron joined the N.Z. Navy and went Overseas where he was attached to a Royal Navy Frigate on Convoy Duty at Scapa Flow,' at the top of Scotland, and then up to Murmansk in Russia.
